Great Song by Phil Stacey - "You're Not Shaken"

I love this song a lot because I can really relate to it right now. It's on my other blog, but I connect with it so much that I felt it should be here as well. It's by Phil Stacey. He was in the top 5 on American Idol a few years back (season 6?). It has helped me during this dark time of life. I hope you enjoy it as well.

I get Google alerts about Phil Stacey, as I am a fan of his, so when his name appeared in an alert, referring to your blog, I read it and wanted to reply.:-). Thank you for posting about "You're Not Shaken." Many have indeed said that the song has impacted them. I include myself. Our family have been going through a rough time, as have many; so the song has really touched home. If you haven't done so already, I would encourage you to get his cd, "Into the Light." The songs are all wonderful. He includes his beloved patriotic song, "Old Glory," on it. He is right now on tour with Michael W. Smith, so I am sure that "You're Not Shaken" and "Old Glory" will both be performed. And speaking of the concert, it will be streamed live from Wichita, KS, tomorrow, Nov. 15, on hearitfirst.com . Phil went to high school and met and married his wife in Wichita, so I know this will be special to him. You can tune in to a wonderful concert and hear Phil and the other artists appearing with Michael.:-). God bless you.
